Shipping policy

Shipping Conditions

This is a convenience translation. The German version shall prevail.

1. Shipping area

We deliver within the European Union and – where selectable during checkout – to additional countries.

2. Shipping

Goods are shipped from our dispatch location in Germany (XVXII Diamond GmbH – Warehouse, Am Schäfflerbach 11, 86153 Augsburg) via DHL or the shipping provider named during the shipping process. The contracting party for all orders is XVXII Diamond GmbH, Fasangasse 36, 2423 Deutsch Jahrndorf, Austria.

3. Delivery time

The delivery time is generally 5 to 9 business days after conclusion of the contract or – in the case of advance payment – after receipt of payment. We source the goods from our wholesaler on an order-by-order basis and then ship them from Germany; the stated delivery time already takes this process into account. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by e-mail. If items are temporarily unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made for those items.

4. Shipping costs

The shipping costs per destination country as well as any thresholds for free shipping can be found on our "Shipping & Returns" page. The exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you place your order.

5. Partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer; no additional shipping costs will be incurred as a result. If several goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last item.

6. Transfer of risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon handover of the goods.

7. Undeliverable shipments

If a delivery cannot be made for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. incorrect or incomplete address details), the costs of reshipping may be charged to the customer.

8. Transport damage

Please check the goods for transport damage upon receipt. If possible, report obvious damage to the delivery agent immediately and notify us by e-mail at shop@best-supps.de. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

9. Returns

Please send returns following a withdrawal to: XVXII Diamond GmbH – Warehouse, Am Schäfflerbach 11, 86153 Augsburg, Germany. Details are governed by the instructions on withdrawal.
