Right of Withdrawal

This is a convenience translation. The German version shall prevail.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods. If you order several goods that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you take possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of the goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, to:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for loss in value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded. The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to food supplements and foodstuffs whose seal or original closure has been opened.
