All prices are final prices including VAT. The specific shipping costs for your order will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart and during the ordering process and displayed before the order is placed.
Delivery Time
The delivery time is usually 5–9 working days after conclusion of the contract or receipt of payment. We procure the goods from our wholesaler based on the order and then ship them from our shipping location in Germany (Augsburg) – the stated delivery time already takes this process into account. As soon as your order leaves our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email.

Returns
Do you want to return items? Within the 14-day cancellation period, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reasons – most easily by email to shop@best-supps.de or via our cancellation form. Details (including exceptions for opened/sealed products and perishable goods) can be found in the cancellation policy. As the customer, you bear the costs of the return shipment.
